Charitable Status and Mission

Charitable Status and Mission

Life's mission is to be the most innovative place in the world for uniting people who are passionate about science.

The International Centre for Life Trust is a registered educational charity and is governed by a board of trustees.

We receive no public funding.

We ignite and nurture a curiosity in everyone for science, technology, engineering and maths and encourage the next generation of STEM professionals. We support world-class science in the region and make a positive economic, social and cultural contribution to North East England and its communities.

We also support the world-class scientific research which is being carried out on site.

We couldn’t do this without your support, so THANK YOU.

"Interesting, engaging, chance to be involved in ongoing scientific research."

- Lois Benson

Any donation, no matter how small, will help us reach these objectives.

Also, if you're a UK tax payer, don't forget to check the Gift Aid box so we can claim back the tax on your donation to make your money go even further!

Thanks to Gift Aid, your donation will let us claim back the tax on the whole price of your ticket and help us achieve our charitable objectives.
