Tipples and Tinsel – an alternative Christmas Party

It’s never too early to don your Santa hat and get ready for the festive season which is why we’re letting you know about Life’s sparkling alternative to those ‘same-old’ Christmas parties.
Tipples and Tinsel is an evening event exploring the science behind your favourite festive drinks. Be entertained by our resident mixologist who will greet you on arrival and serve up a selection of festive favourites. You’ll find out what happens during distilling, storing, mixing and serving an array of delicious drinks oozing with festive spirit. From the traditional mulled wine to the more unusual continental variations and firm favourites such as Gin Fizzes and Malt Whiskies the evening promises to get you in the mood for a merry Christmas.
Tipples and Tinsel is being held on Thursday 11 December from 7.30-9pm (pay bar available until 10.30pm) at the Centre for Life and costs £15 per person.
