Life is home to the biggest planetarium in the North!  As well as being able to offer traditional planetarium shows, we can offer both a 2D and 3D submersive cinematic experience. Sounds good but what does that mean? Well, like a cinema, it has a screen onto which we project a film, but unlike a cinema, our 10 metre wide screen is overhead and dome-shaped, so you get the feeling that you are truly immersed in the action. And did we mention how comfy the seats are?

 The Planetarium is equipped with an analogue induction loop.
