Who Wants to be a Scientist?

Students will discover how scientists use their senses to study chemicals.

Students will become a scientist for the day

Students will take on the role of a scientist and use real laboratory equipment to create new substances and reveal their hidden properties.

They will discover how scientists use their senses to study chemicals by making scents and jelly worms,  before ending the workshop with a dramatic whoosh!

By the end of the workshops students will have discovered:
